Recipes from Ketone Power:
Avocado salad: chop up avocado and squeeze a lime or lemon, add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and some stevia. Pot cheese? not sure what that is but can be added.

Fat bomb: chunk of butter, handful of coconut flakes, tablespoon cocoa powder, 1-2 eggs, 1-2 tablespoons coconut milk – fry butter, add flakes and then mix quickly, scramble egg and add in. Remove from heat. Add cocoa powder and mix. Finally, add coconut milk. Extras: protein powder, vanilla extract, stevia.

Keto pancackes: coconut flakes, coconut cream,eggs. Mix eggs and cream, then add coconut flakes and make pancake. Cook in olive or coconut oil.Add stuff if you want like stevia, vanilla, neon extract or lemon just or lemon zest, etc. Serve savory or sweet.

Chocolate: Unsweeted coconut powder (50 g), coconut cream (50g), olive or coconut oil (20g), stevia, 10g of coconut flakes or shredded coconut. Put powder in container and add heavy cream then stir together for 1-2 minutes. Then slowly add oil and mix everything together. Then add stevia, then coconut flakes and vanilla extract. Shape it, then put it in fridge for 1-2 hours. Or freezer.
