At tennis club with kids so after hitting balls ducked into gym for:

10 pushups
10 lat pulldowns
10 reverse hypers
10 straight leg raise
10 pec deck
10 pullups
20 lateral band side walks
10 walking lunges per leg
10 overhead press with rotation
