Morning:
3 rounds of:
-Elliptigo – 60s easy, 30s hard
-Regular Pull-Ups –> Lunge Jumps
-Vasatrainer – 100m
-Reverse Hypers –> Horizontal Pullups
Afternoon:
2 rounds of:
-Elliptigo – 60s easy, 30s hard
-Regular Pull-Ups –> Lunge Jumps
-Vasatrainer – 100m
-Reverse Hypers –> Horizontal Pullups
-Run on Trueform Treadmill – 60s
-Slider walk pushup drag –> Slider pikes –> Crossover shoulder work back to
-Run on Trueform Treadmill – 60s
-Battlerope – 60s –> Deadlift 5x –> L sits
