Sun, 2/8: Off-day, woodchopping, some bow shooting Mon, 2/9: 30 minutes circuit of: 60 second hill run 10 step-ups 5 bowshots Tue, 2/10: -5-4-3-2-1 min stairclimber ladder with 10 overhead presses and 10 leg raises after each round -30 minute circuit of: 500m row, 10 suitcase deadlifts with dumbbells, 10 opposite arm-leg extensions per side, 10 goblet squats Wed, 2/11: 30 minutes morning yoga Evening doubles tennis match Thu, 2/12: 5×5 workout as: Deadlift Squat Clean Push Press Superslow pushups Mobility work such as foam rolling, arm reaches, leg swings, etc. after each set. Went heavy. Fri, 2/13: 30 minutes circuit of: 60 second hill run 10 step-ups 5 bowshots Sat, 2/14: Day of snowboarding Sun, 2/15: 1 hour snowshoe snowboarding
