January 11, 2017 Workout

Back still hurt and running on 4 hours of sleep due to delayed flight back from LA, so…easy morning of:

Morning:

-30 minutes light stretching infrared sauna with dry skin brushing and 5 minute cold plunge

Afternoon:

-4 minutes treadmill incline at 3.8 speed, 20% incline
-Super slow pushups with stability ball on feet
-Super slow rows with TRX
-Super slow V-Ups
-Super slow goblet squat
-Super slow Indian Club shoulder raises

AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) for 1 hour

Finisher: meditation with my kids in sauna for 15 min (chanting/box breathing) and final cold plunge
