30 minutes infrared sauna yoga with dry skin brushing and cold plunge
Afternoon:
Low back at about 85%. Modified a power workout as follows:
5x100m Vasatrainer focus on high turnover/explosiveness. Between each: 20 lunge jumps
5x (3x30s) sprints on bike. Between each: 10 pullups
5x (3x30s) sprints on TrueForm treadmill. Between each: 10 front plank taps
