Spent the entire week on vacation in the Bahamas with the family.
So how do I exercise when at the beach with no gym, no weights, no bike, etc?
1 hour beach walk with deep nasal breathing, breath holds, and occasional stops to crank out body weight squats and pushups.
Condo had a rail outside I could hang from, so every time I walked under it, 10 pullups, to the tune of 50-60 pullups per day
Short HIIT workout…most often beach sprints or carrying heavy rock up and down beach, then doing burpees when rock too heavy to carry.
Aside from a couple swims and a lot of spearfishing, this was literally my routine every day for the whole week.
