Thu 9/4 60 minutes yoga 30 minutes run to school bus stop to pickup kids and run back.

Fri 9/5 pre-race “Tune-Up” workout: 20 swim, 20 bike, 20 run followed by 30 minutes of “box breathing” in sauna (4 count in, 4 count hold, 4 count out, 4 count hold)
