Week of 6/14 Inner Circle Workouts

Sun:

four hours chopping wood and hauling wood

Mon:

3x up argonne hill as elliptical tabata sets, then end at house for Sandbag snatch x 20, wall balls x 20, horizontal pull-ups x20, seated sandbag to chest press x 30, run down then up driveway. Repeat for 4 rounds.

Tue:

Steep hill climbs of 150m and at top of each climb: 10 burpees, 20 tire flips, 30 pull-ups, 40 leg levers, 50 second plank, then run back down hill. Total 6 rounds.

Wed:

30 minutes cold water swim

30 minutes easy run

Thu:

30 minute easy run

60 minutes yoga

Fri:

30 minute easy run

Sat:
