Monday, 7/14: Elliptigo to gym for 2 rounds of: 24 DL’s 24 Box Jumps 24 Wall Ball 24 Bench Press 24 Box Jumps 24 Wall Ball 24 Cleans

Tuesday, 7/15: Recovery, hypoxia, easy swim

Wednesday, 7/16: 5/10/20/30/20/5 rep rounds -man makers 40lb db -wall balls or swings: 20 lb -double unders -situp -driveway sprint

Thursday, 7/17: Recovery, tennis, frisbee golf

Friday, 7/18 : elliptigo to Y with weighted vest, then 5 rounds of: -25 Bear Crawl -10 Standing Broad Jump Then runs with kids to park for 3 rounds of: -handstand pushups against tee -sprint to fence, balance on fence -sprint to bar, 5 pullups -sprint to bench, 10 spiderman pushups -put kids on back, sprint 100 yards, bear crawl 25 yards, sprint 75 yards -sprint to gazebo, 10 box jumps

Saturday, 7/19: 2 hour hike

Sunday, 7/20: 30 minutes yoga 4 rounds of: 800m run 15 pull-ups 400m row 1 rope climb
