Tuesday, 7/29: -Bike to Y, 30 minute hypoxic swim, 30 sauna, bike home

Wednesday, 7/30: Morning:Run to top of Arbour Crest and back Afternoon: Low back circuit

Thu, 7/31: -Bike to Y, 30 minute hypoxic swim, bike home -30 minute foam roller

Fri, 8/1: -Run to river, quick swim, run home -Powerlung sets on drive

Sat, 8/2: -Spartan race, Washougal

Sun, 8/3 -Paddleboarding, etc.
