Sunday, 7/6: bike to base of mountain, run up

Monday 7/7: 20lb Weighted Murph: 1 mile run 100 pullups 200 pushups 300 squats 1 mile run

Tuesday, 7/8: Cold/sauna/inversion/foam roller/hypoxia

Wednesday, 7/9: Operator WOD 100 Curtis P – Powerclean with racked lunge left leg and right leg, then push press at 115 lbs

Thursday 7/10: Choice, including swim, bike, run, elliptical, soccer, ultimate, golf. Evening tennis

Friday 7/11: 5×5 Benchpress Deadlift Backsquat Shoulder Press Power clean 10×60 second run

Saturday 7/12: Obstacle course, 90 minutes

Sunday 7/13: Steep weighted ruck, 2 hours
